WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

Free Delivery - Currently we are waiving delivery charges for all the customers.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY:

We strive to deliver your product as soon as possible. We work with reputed delivery couriers such as DTDC, DotZot, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Fedex and Aramex. If you prefer to use any specific courier agenecy, please contact our customer care after placing your order. We will make sure that your order gets delivered by your preferred courier.

Delivery time for your product heavily depends on the courier company. Under normal circumstances, it takes 6-8 working days for courier company to deliver the product, if you choose free delivery. For metro city, it takes 3-5 working days for courier company to deliver the product. Additional time is required for delivery if your delivery address in not in Metro city or in remote area.

Apart from delivery time taken by courier company, we need 1-2 working days to prepare your order under normal circumstances. For some reason, not in our control, it may take longer time to prepare your order. In case we are not able to prepare your order, within 2 days, then we will make best effort to inform you and ship your order as soon as possible. 

 

Working Days:

Our working days are Monday to Saturday except national holidays. All national holidays are observed at our company so that our staff can also enjoy.

 

Full Refund Guarantee:

For any order that is not sent by us within 10 working days, we will give full refund to you. 

However, we reserve the right to confirm delivery status of the order before we issue any refund.  Also we can offer you any other resolution based on the circumstance of your order. Be assured, meeting your expectation is our ultimate goal.

 

RETURNS:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can ask for replacement / exchage or refund. For initiating return process, please contact our customer service at email (sales@aryagifts.com) / whasapp (+91 70499 27924) and explain the issue.

We will work with you to resolve any issue you may have with the product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our customer service will process a refund to you. Order purchase amount can be refunded only to your bank account or your PayTM account. 

 

CANCELLATION:

You can cancel your order before we have shipped it. If we receive your message, before we have prepared a shipment, we will refund the order amount as soon as possible.
